Community Life Sunday

Community Life Sunday is the last Sunday of every month.  It is a day that we serve the local community and share Jesus by serving those around us.  Instead of a normal worship gathering, we find ways to love on the community around us.

On Sunday, September 24th from 11am to 1pm, we are going to have a block party in the Liberty Park neighborhood.  We are going to love this community of people in a few ways.  The Block Party will consist of food, fun, and fellowship.  If you want to be involved, please sign up for one of the slots available, and we will send you more information once we get closer to the date.

We are also going to be continuing to clean up different parts of Liberty Park by doing some landscaping – that includes mowing, weeding, and picking up trash.  If you want to be part of that team, sign up, and we will be in touch with more information for you once we get closer to the date.

This is one way we can love our city.  We hope you and your family will come out and join us as we do something outside the church doors!

The last Sunday of each month will be designated a Community Life Sunday, meaning we will not have our usual Sunday gathering together with worship, teaching, and kids and youth classes at our building.
