The Waiting Room
When a family member identifies as LGBTQ, it can be a life-altering disclosure. For many, this announcement comes out of nowhere. For others, it comes as the culmination of years of suspicion or fear. Either way, it is a distinct line of delineation; there is life before and after the announcement. Life is no longer the same.
If you are a person of faith, several questions begin to surface. Although each family dynamic and relationship is different, ultimately, the central question is the same;
How do I love and relate to my family member and, at the same time, represent Christ well?
Whatever the specific scenario is, The Waiting Room is a group where you can find support, empathy, insight, and tools to navigate what may very well be a long, complicated reality.
If you live in Southern Oregon and are facing this difficult dynamic, we would like to invite you to The Waiting Room. A group hosted by A Living Letter Ministry meet every second Mondays of each month in person for encouragement and equipping.
