Check the oil level and fill it up, right?\u00a0 What happens if we ignore it? The engine seizes up and we break down.\u00a0 We have a built in oil light as well, it\u2019s called \u201cemotional pain\u201d, ignore it for too long and we\u2019ll find ourselves broken down.\u00a0 That\u2019s what happened to me 10 years ago.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Men's Head to Heart - February 2023 - LWRV\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e-np2jdNxa8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Divorced with 3 little girls, bankrupt, and emotionally shattered.\u00a0 I was taught by our culture that emotional pain was something to man up and push through but it\u2019s actually just an indicator that we are running low on something we need.\u00a0 I ignored my \u201coil light\u201d for so long I became numb to what was really going on inside me.<\/p>\n<p>Over the last 10 years I\u2019ve spent thousands of hours and dollars searching for tools to help me reconnect to my heart, Identify what I\u2019m feeling, and how to articulate it. It\u2019s out of this journey I created the \u201cHead to Heart\u201d Challenge.\u00a0 Over 6 weeks we\u2019ll cover 6 tools and unpack 1 tool each week.<\/p>\n<p>I think it\u2019s amazing what we accomplish each week given life\u2019s demands; work, marriage, kids, friendships, hobbies, we still even manage to squeeze in a weekend adventure.\u00a0 When we take some time to address our hearts all of these things get better, easier, deeper, and richer.\u00a0 If you are ready to set aside some time to look at what\u2019s going on under the hood of your heart, regardless of where you are on your emotional health journey, let\u2019s do this.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s going to be fun.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s going to be painful.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s going to be worth it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>February 21 \u2013 May 2, 2023 Men, what do we do when the oil light comes on in our vehicle?
