In Progress
Acts 26 – The Relationship of Hope and Contentment
Ryan Rhoden October 19, 2022
We talked about Paul living out what he wrote to the Philippians church: Phil. 4.11-12 – “… I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little.” Despite beatings, arrests, untrue accusations about his character, intentions and message…despite imprisonment, and being removed from a community of people he loved…despite prophecy (both corporate and personal) that nothing but trouble and death awaited his life…PAUL MANAGED DISAPPOINTMENT…and continued to live out the PURPOSE God had PLACED on his life.
