We hope that your employment at Living Waters will be enjoyable and rewarding. To preserve the greatest freedom of association, however, employment and compensation can be terminated, with or without cause, at the option of either you, the employee, or the church. No church representative has the authority (outside the Leadership Council and Senior Leadership) to enter into any agreement for employment for a specified period of time or make any representation or agreement contrary to at-will employment.
