Building Your Life on the Rock: Your Firm Foundation – Matthew 7:24-29
Kim Butcher May 28, 2025
As we conclude our Sermon on the Mount series, Jesus leaves us with a striking image—two houses, two foundations, one storm. In Matthew 7:24-29, He makes it clear: it’s not just about hearing His words, but putting them into practice. Like deeply rooted trees that withstand the fiercest winds, our lives can remain steady when anchored in Him.
This message is an invitation to examine what your life is built on. Is it the shifting sand of self-reliance, or the solid rock of Christ and His Kingdom?
Let’s be the kind of people who live His way, not just hear it.
