Baptism is a defining act that places you inside the story God has been telling since Genesis—through water, God brings life out of chaos, freedom out of bondage, and identity out of exile. You are welcomed into a community centered on Jesus, shaped by His love, and led by His Spirit.
Pathway of baptism.
Baptism is deeply personal, but it was never meant to be private. We want every person to enter it with understanding, confidence, and a community walking alongside them.
Your journey begins by completing this registration and sharing a little about your age, background, and story. This helps us understand how we can best support you.
Before Baptism Sunday, you will complete a short course exploring the meaning of baptism, what it represents, and how it fits into the larger story of following Jesus. You will have space to reflect, ask questions, and prepare your heart for this meaningful step.
You will walk through the course with a mentor who is already part of your life. This could be a trusted friend, family member, leader, or someone who has helped you follow Jesus. If you do not have someone in mind, we will gladly connect you with a mentor from the Living Waters community.
Your mentor will listen to your story, talk through the course with you, answer questions, pray with you, and stand beside you on Baptism Sunday.
You will not walk through this alone. Baptism is celebrated within a church family committed to following Jesus with you.

Baptism as a formation practice.
Baptism is a sacred moment that marks your participation in a lifelong process. It’s a milestone in your ongoing journey of sanctification. In that moment, you publicly declare what God has already begun in you—the work of making you new.
It’s an outward act of an inward surrender, a visible sign that your life now belongs to Jesus. Through baptism, you step into the story of His death and resurrection. But the transformation doesn’t end there. The Spirit continues to form you day by day, from the inside out.
