Ask yourself – Are you in surgery or rehab? (If you are just acknowledging a wound or surgery most likely)
Pre-Surgery – He will diminish your exertion in preparation.
Surgery – Deep time of removing/healing, etc.
In rehab – He will increase your opportunity to “feel” the healing.
Survival mode isn’t a bad place to go, it’s a terrible place to live. (But timing matters)
